Uttam Kumar Kunwar holds a PhD in Analytical Techniques and has an extensive experience of more than 28 years in environmental management covering industrial environment management, cleaner production & industrial OSH, EMS, energy efficiency, promotion of SCP capability in manufacturing and agro-based sector of rural community particularly focused on women entrepreneurs, Climate change impact assessment of rural community and carbon foot print (CFP) assessment. He is presently working as Head, Energy & Environment Division at the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FNCCI). He was associated with reputed organizations and programs like Environnemental Sector Programme Support Programme (ESPS/DANIDA), United Nation Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), SEID Switch Asia Programme (EU) and Nepal Bureau of Standards and Metrology (NBSM).
