Continuous Temperature Monitoring and Control

To achieve further improvements in the production of casting melts for steel castings, continuous temperature monitoring and control are required during the smelting process. This will enable the necessary melt temperature (tapping temperature) to be reliably achieved so that subsequent temperature adjustments are no longer needed. The novel fibre-optical temperature measuring technique DynTemp has already proven its fitness for industrial use in measurements with manual lances in foundry operations.
